Refund and cancellation terms for Animaa Infotech digital products, including plugins, themes, licenses, downloads, and related digital services.

Animaa Infotech sells digital products such as plugins, themes, license keys, downloads, and related digital services. Since no physical product is shipped, concepts such as physical return, shipping damage, damaged parcel, or product replacement due to transit damage do not apply.

1 Overview

This Refund and Cancellation Policy ("Policy") explains when Animaa Infotech may approve a refund or cancellation for digital products and digital services purchased from our website or through our approved payment channels.

Our official domain is animaa.in. For customer care and refund-related communication, please use only wecare@animaa.in or info@animaa.in.

Please read product details, features, compatibility notes, documentation, and license terms carefully before purchase. Digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned once accessed, downloaded, or activated.

2 No Physical Returns or Damage Claims

Animaa Infotech currently sells digital products only, including but not limited to WordPress plugins, website themes, software licenses, downloadable files, updates, support access, and digital services.

3 Digital Product Refund Eligibility

Refund requests for plugins, themes, and other digital products must be raised within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase. Refund approval is subject to verification by Animaa Infotech.

4 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • The digital product has been downloaded, license key has been accessed, or product has been activated and it works as described.
  • The refund request is made after the allowed refund request window.
  • The customer purchased without checking product features, documentation, compatibility, or requirements.
  • The issue is caused by third-party plugins, themes, hosting restrictions, custom code, outdated software, or unsupported environments.
  • The customer expected custom features that were not listed in the product description or agreed scope.
  • The purchase relates to customization work, installation work, consultation, setup, or other services already delivered or started.
  • The order appears suspicious, fraudulent, abusive, or linked to chargeback misuse.

5 Custom Digital Services & Project Work

For custom development, theme/plugin customization, setup, integration, consulting, maintenance, or support services, refunds depend on the work stage and the agreement made with the client.

6 Cancellation Policy

6.1 Digital Product Orders

A digital product order can be cancelled only before the license key, download link, product file, or account access has been generated, accessed, activated, or delivered.

6.2 Subscriptions, Renewals & Maintenance

  • Cancellation requests can be sent to wecare@animaa.in.
  • Cancellation will stop future billing after confirmation.
  • Already-started billing periods, renewal periods, maintenance months, or support periods are non-refundable unless required by a separate written agreement.

6.3 Project Engagements

For project engagements, cancellation terms will be based on the accepted proposal, invoice, milestone plan, or written project agreement.

7 How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

To request a refund or cancellation, follow the process below:

Include your order ID, Razorpay payment ID if available, product/service name, purchase email, and clear reason for the request.

Our team may check license/download status, product usage, issue details, and may first try to resolve the technical issue.

Decision & Processing

If approved, the refund will be initiated to the original payment source through the payment gateway used for the transaction.

8 Refund Processing Timelines

After approval, refunds are usually initiated by Animaa Infotech within 2 business days. The final credit timeline depends on the payment method, payment gateway, bank, card network, or UPI provider.

9 Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Please contact us at wecare@animaa.in before raising a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank. We will review your concern and try to resolve it fairly.

Fraudulent chargebacks, misuse of refund policy, or false claims may result in suspension of license access, account restrictions, and further action as permitted by law.
